Our property consists of four spacious and thoughtfully designed villas: Anemone, Paparouna, and Kyklamino. Each villa is nestled within its own individual garden area to ensure maximum privacy for our guests. Designed to accommodate up to eight guests, these residences feature fully equipped kitchens, multiple bedrooms, and comfortable living areas, making them ideal for families or groups seeking a home-like environment.

Does the property feature a swimming pool?

Yes, we provide a beautiful seasonal outdoor swimming pool located in the center of our estate for all guests to enjoy. Surrounded by natural greenery and mountain views, the pool area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for your relaxation. Please note that while the pool is a shared facility, the generous spacing between our villas ensures that your stay remains peaceful and secluded.

What modern amenities are provided in the villas?

To ensure a comfortable and seamless stay, each villa is equipped with modern essentials, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a multi-channel TV. For those who enjoy self-catering, the kitchens feature a refrigerator, oven, toaster, kettle, and coffee-making facilities. Additionally, the interiors boast cozy stone fireplaces and private patios where you can enjoy the scenic garden views.

Is there private parking available on-site?

We understand the importance of convenience during your travels; therefore, we provide free private parking on-site for all our guests. As our location is nestled in a traditional settlement, we highly recommend hiring a car to fully explore the diverse beauty of Corfu and easily access the nearby crystal-clear beaches, such as Rovinia and Liapades.

What are the check-in and check-out procedures?

We look forward to your arrival and kindly request that you check in between 15:00 and 23:30. To provide you with the best possible service, please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance. On your day of departure, check-out is scheduled from 07:00 until 11:00. We also offer express and private check-in and check-out services for your convenience.

Are pets permitted at Dimoulitsa Villas?

We are a pet-friendly establishment and are pleased to welcome your well-behaved animal companions to our estate at no additional charge. Our expansive gardens provide a wonderful environment for pets to enjoy the fresh air. We simply ask that you inform us in advance if you plan to travel with your pet so we may prepare for your arrival accordingly.
